This 4 semester master study programme Sales Management for Technical Products and Services is offered in extra –occupational/block form. You will learn specialist knowledge as well as methodology, and practice soft skills – with the goal of recognising and understanding customer objectives and developing adequate solutions.

The focus of this technical management study programme lies in the imparting of knowledge for decision making in strategic and operative sales management, with respect to the marketing of products and services for which a substantial amount of complex and explanatory support is required. This programme covers specialist-and methodology skills, soft-and personal skills as well as behaviourally oriented sales, communication and academic competences. This master study programme offers excellent preparation for a versatile and interdisciplinary career in Technical Sales Management.
