International Office
The International Office (IO)
- is academically and socially responsible for approx. 180 incoming and outgoing exchange students per year at Bachelor and Master level
- coordinates summer programmes, the student buddy network system (a partnering of exchange and local students), accommodation facilities, social events etc.
- organises incoming and outgoing teacher and staff exchange and is dedicated to hosting foreign delegations
- acquisites new partner institutions and maintains approx. 60 partner university cooperations worldwide
- offers the administration of EU programmes for student exchange, placements, and teacher and staff exchange
- is an important interface to the management board and all departments university-wide regarding the implementation of the Bologna Process (see EPS).
